Are you passionate about working with young people of all abilities and backgrounds to help them fulfil their potential and positively progress? Working with our Battersea based partners Riverside Radio we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time training lead. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive studio learning environment where every participant can thrive.
Sound Vision CIO is an innovative charity that empowers individuals and communities through the development of skills and confidence in broadcast media and communications. Through our training we offer solutions to social challenges around lack of opportunities, loneliness, isolation, and regional disparity. By encouraging creativity our skills-based learning programmes are inclusive of neurodiversity, learning disabilities, mental health challenges and those seeking employment.
The role needs a commitment of 5 to 6 hours per week during term time with the opportunity to work additional hours as the project develops. The training lead will be contracted at a rate of £22 per hour.
