Phil has worked across BBC, Commercial and Community radio stations as a producer and presenter. He established and managed the first Community radio station in Bristol (BCfm) in 2004 and is a previous Chair of the Community Media Association.
For many years he taught the City and Guilds radio skills course at the City of Bristol College and has trained many local groups and individuals from all backgrounds in journalism and broadcasting. These days, Phil is the Press & Communications Officer for the Diocese of Clifton, but still finds time for radio, where his Review Show is broadcast across several stations in the West Country.
Phil brings much experience to the board which sits squarely with the objectives of Sound Vision.
