Fayon is a dedicated volunteer and board director at Riverside Radio in Battersea, which is in our network of training hubs that deliver Arts Awards. She is also the creator, host, and producer of the multi-award-winning 'The Kids Are Alright Show.'
Fayon works as an engagement manager, promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in the engineering industry, as well as a community liaison officer for the charity InterAct, where she organises creative workshops to help stroke survivors rediscover their voices and confidence.
