Fayon is a trainer with a background in broadcasting and events hosting. She is an inspiring speaker who encourages motivation and creativity.
She is a contributor to BBC Radio, with her feature ‘Winning Over Wednesday’ providing mid-week motivation to listeners all over the country. Fayon is passionate about helping young people build their confidence and opportunities.
Fayon works as an engagement manager, promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in the engineering industry, as well as a community liaison officer for the charity InterAct, where she organises creative workshops to help stroke survivors rediscover their voices and confidence.
Fayon led the training at Riverside Radio in Battersea, which is in Sound Vision's network of training hubs that deliver Arts Awards. She was also the creator, host, and producer of the multi-award-winning 'The Kids Are Alright Show.' Following her move to Frome in Somerset Fayon brings her considerable skills and experience in engaging young people to our Sound Academy activities in NE Somerset.
