Michael chaired our board of Trustees since we launched in 2017 until 2023
Michael was the headteacher of Somervale School in Midsomer Norton, which launched Somer Valley FM in 2008. This provided a skills-based learning environment for students to build confidence through media and communications skills. He is also the former head of education for Looked After Children in Bath & NE Somerset (B&NES). His personal drive and commitment, combined with his professional background, have been invaluable in enabling the charity to have robust policies and impact measurement processes.
